We offer free ground shipping on all US orders. We aim to process and ship orders with USPS in 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and your order within approximately 7 to 10 business days.

International Shipping

As a small independent company, we are not able to offer international shipping at this time. We are working hard to offer international shipping and look forward to sharing this news with you soon!

Returns

From the date your order arrives at your door, we give you 30 days to fall in love with your new watercolor. If you have any concerns or issues with your watercolor set, please email us at hello@vivartsupplies.com, and our customer team will be glad to assist you.
